Store in a dry place, away from light. At +2ºC - +10ºC the shelf life is 5 years, at room temperature - 3 years.

b) Normal human immunoglobulin

Slightly opalescent transparent liquid, colorless or slightly yellowish. During storage, the appearance of an insignificant precipitate is allowed, which disappears when shaken. It is determined organoleptically at the temperature of the medicinal preparation of 20ºC ±2ºC. It is part of the pharmacotherapeutic group Normal human immunoglobulins, ATC code - JO6B A. Active substances and auxiliary components: Lyophilized human immunoglobulin, equivalent to 100 g of proteins, Sodium chloride, Aminoacetic acid, Water for injections.

It represents an immunologically active protein fraction, extracted from plasma, purified and concentrated by ethanol fractionation. Immunoglobulins, which possess antibody activity of different specificity, serve as active substances.

Presentation of the preparation: injectable solution, 1.5 ml (1 dose) or 3 ml (2 doses), in N 10 glass ampoules. Store in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature of +2˚C-+10˚C. Transport is carried out at the same temperature. Validity period – 2 years.

c) Human antistaphylococcal immunoglobulin

Transparent or slightly opalescent, colorless or slightly yellowish solution. During storage, the appearance of an insignificant sediment is allowed, which disappears when the solution is stirred. It is part of the Specific Immunoglobulin pharmacotherapeutic group, ATC code - JO6B B. Active substances and auxiliary components: Lyophilized human immunoglobulin, equivalent to 100 g of proteins, Sodium chloride, Aminoacetic acid, Water for injections.

The preparation represents an immunologically active protein fraction, obtained from the plasma of donors, purified and concentrated by the fractionation method with ethyl alcohol at temperatures lower than 0ºC. The biological effect is explained by the content of antibodies that inactivate the staphylococcal exotoxin.

Presentation of the preparation: injectable solution, 3-5ml (1 dose) in glass ampoules No. 10. One dose of the preparation contains no less than 100 IU of antistaphylolysin. Store in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature of +2˚C – +10˚C. Validity period – 2 years. Transport is carried out at the same temperature.

d) Human antirhesus immunoglobulin

Transparent or slightly opalescent, colorless or slightly yellowish solution. During storage, the formation of an insignificant precipitate is allowed. It is part of the Anti-D Immunoglobulin (Rh) pharmacotherapeutic group, ATC code – JO6B BO1. Active substances and auxiliary components: Lyophilized anti-Rhesus human immunoglobulin – Rh0(D); Sodium chloride; Water for injections.

The preparation represents an immunologically active protein fraction, obtained from the serum or plasma of donors, purified and concentrated by the fractionation method with ethyl alcohol at temperatures below 0ºC. The preparation prevents sensitization (formation of anti-Rh0 antibodies) in Rh0(D) negative women.

Presentation of the preparation: injectable solution, 1-2ml (1 dose) with a titre not less than 1:512, in glass ampoules № 10. Store in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature of +2˚C – +10˚ c. Transport is carried out at the same temperature. Validity period – 1 (one) year.

c) Glunate

Brown, opalescent liquid. It is part of the immunostimulatory pharmacotherapeutic group, ATC code - L03AX. Active substances and auxiliary components: blood plasma – 273ml; Sodium hydrogencarbonate; Glucose monohydrate; Water for injections.

The preparation stimulates metabolism and regenerative processes in tissues.

Presentation of the preparation: injectable solution, 5ml, in glass ampoules № 10. Store in a dry place, away from light, at a temperature of +2˚C – +25˚C.

Validity period – 3 years.

e) Polybiolin

White powder with a faint yellowish or greenish tint, odorless. Hygroscopic. It is part of the immunostimulatory pharmacotherapeutic group, ATC code - L03AX. Active substances and auxiliary components: Fraction IV of human blood plasma, which contains: albumin 10-25%, alpha-globulins 55-68%, beta-globulins 15-30%. 500 mg of polybioline contain 460 mg of protein. It is obtained from human donor blood serum.

Polibiolina preparation has biostimulant properties with predominantly anti-inflammatory action.

Presentation of the preparation: each 500 mg of lyophilized powder, in glass vials № 10. Store in a dry place, protected from light at a temperature of +10˚C – +25˚C. Validity period – 2 years.
